On todays episode of Logan Sounds Off, I am talking to someone that I have known all my life and it is, Des Hopkins.

Des has been a Professional Musician all his life, and has played in many venues around the world, including the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool several times with none other than ‘The Beatles’ as his support group! In the 1960’s and 1970’s, Des played and toured Ireland, UK and America as a Drummer with many of the top Showbands including The Ohio, The Victors, The Kings and he also played drums with Johnny Cash!
In a previous episode of Logan Sounds Off, you will have heard talking about Des before when I spoke to his son (and my Uncle), Graham Hopkins (You can listen to my chat with Graham here).
