Interview with Dan and Mark of Gurriers
Today I am excited to be sharing my conversation with Dan and Mark of Gurriers.

Gurriers are a cool and noisy rock band from Ireland – they burst onto the scene performing live. Recently, they released their debut studio album called “Come And See”, which is an awesome album. It has some fantastic songs on it, like “Approachable”, and has a bold new sounds that has resonated with a lot of music fans, and interestingly, not all these music fans are in Ireland either.

Gurriers are making a splash internationally, from playing on the famous program “Later… with Jools Holland”, and playing at large festivals such as Glastonboury; infamous for it’s fantastic lineups and overall magnificent performances.
In this interview, we discuss these large and amazing experiences, as well as more fun little easter eggs for all the fans. We gain insight into one of the largest (not only rock…) bands on the international scene! We also delve into some of Gurriers’ recommendations, including Cable Boy, Nerves and many, many more! We also discuss the recording of their now massive debut studio album, and how it differed to their early demos, still available to listen to on Bandcamp, and what is was like to settle down and record and ENTIRE studio album!
We touch on moments of early Gurriers lore, such as; Dan’s band history, early life as a band with Gurriers, as well as a certain advertisement of Hal (Bryan Cranston) from Malcolm In The Middle listening to… Gurriers?
Oh yes. All that, and much more… in less than thirty minutes.
